Production week
Group new work by product type. One weekday stays reserved for finishing work, overruns and shop reset. It contributes no new-work capacity.
No batch layout has been adopted yet. Friday is reserved; the other four weekdays are available for production.
Batch setup still needed
Unassigned product types and batches without an overflow day do not produce product-specific date suggestions.
- Monday: product types have not been assigned.
- Tuesday: product types have not been assigned.
- Wednesday: product types have not been assigned.
- Thursday: product types have not been assigned.

Capacity for quoting
This uses the saved template. Calendar availability alone is not a lead-time promise: job durations, material readiness and work already in the queue still matter. Buffer time is never sold as extra capacity.
16 production days · 4 reserved buffer days. Four production days per full week.
