- Christian — Admin — current Home is Decisions — the ranked gates (approve, blocked, overdue, unassigned). Plus the Jobs board as dispatcher, All Tasks, People, and New job / New task.
- Daniel — Installer Home is Today — the current job first, the kit gate and the address lock, and a blocked job you can watch return to Load once Mark clears it. Waiting holds his asks.
- Kathleen — Office (scheduler) Home is the Queue — her tasks ranked overdue → needs-today → today → the rest, each prefixed with who sent it and how urgent, plus + New Task. No Jobs tab. (Kadence was raised to full admin, so the office seat is Kathleen’s.)
- Ben — Owner + Admin Home is the Brief — the sentence, three quiet counts, and the actual blocked / waiting-on-you lines. Ben is full admin as well as owner, so from here he reaches Decisions, Jobs and Team and can create and complete like any admin.
- Jorge — Installer (second seat) A second field hire's ordinary day — two jobs today (one kitted and ready to load, one still no-kit), one later this week, and a task on him. The crew's Jobs and Tasks screens from a seat other than Daniel's. Patrick is the bare account now.
