Monthly stock count

Start at the top and count as much as time allows. Zero or negative recorded stock comes first, then the lowest stock relative to its reorder point. Positive stock with a zero reorder point comes last.

Use a printed sheet or spreadsheet to write the physical count, date and your name. Blank means uncounted, not zero. This sheet does not adjust recorded stock.
