Stage history

How long recorded work spent in each stage, in calendar days. No clocking in or extra logging.

Choose up to one year. Dates use Phoenix time and select when a stage was first entered, including work still unfinished today.

Recorded evidence

16 completed product stages with known timing and quantities, from 23 matching stage records.

Excluded: 2 unfinished or stopped; 2 already underway at import; 0 inconsistent timing; 0 missing product type or quantity; 3 whole-job handoffs.

Work observed as already finished at import has no original timestamps and cannot be measured here. Whole-job kitting, loading and installation cover multiple products; their individual recorded durations remain on the production board.

Observed durations

Total time runs from entering a stage to completing it. Waiting ends at the first Start. After Start includes pauses, nights and weekends. These are elapsed days, not labor hours or promised lead times.

Product type, recorded quantity, track and workflow version stay separate. Dimensions and complexity can still differ. A small sample is early evidence; excluding unfinished work can understate long waits. An assigned person is not proof they did every part of the work.

Typical means median. The middle half is the 25th–75th percentile, interpolated between observations. Separate medians do not necessarily add up.
